Upgrade Your Tech Plan: Developing your school’s roadmap for learning-driven technology
What are the best apps for math or reading? How can technology support learning in Judaic Studies and Hebrew? What’s the ultimate effect on learning? How do we know we’re making the right technology choices? What hardware should we buy? Many schools find themselves asking these questions. Make sure you ask the right questions before you make a big technology investment. Let DigitalJLearning help you strategically align your technology with how learning happens at your school.

Option One: 1-2 days on-site
Working with your school’s leadership team, we will co-develop a process for gathering data about how learning happens and how technology supports it. We will coach school leaders through the process of analyzing this data, and help them identify the key areas they want to address. At the conclusion of this leadership development program, school leaders will have gathered and analyzed data about how technology supports learning in their schools, and will develop implementable recommendations for their school to pursue.
Option Two: 3 months, 6-7 face-to-face meetings
Focusing on learning first, we lead a group of carefully selected stakeholders through an intensive three month process. During a series of face-to-face meetings, we will help your school identify the learning goals that drive technology use, and the metrics to measure the success of the implementation. We’ll also help your school build roadmaps for how technology supports learning, including the professional development, tech support, and budget to make it all happen. We will work closely with your school’s leaders to gather and analyze important data that informs the planning process and helps with monitoring and evaluating plan progress. When we’re done, you’ll have a completed learning-driven educational technology plan.
